Consent to Screening and Credit Check
By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I authorize Triple Check Services Ltd. to collect, use, and disclose my personal information for the purpose of evaluating my application for:

  • residential tenancy, and/or

  • private members club membership.

• I authorize Triple Check Services Ltd. to obtain consumer credit reports and related information about me from TransUnion of Canada, Inc. and other credit reporting agencies.

• I understand that any credit report or screening information will be obtained only for a permissible purpose related to evaluating my application.

• I understand that my personal information may be collected from me and from third-party sources, including credit bureaus, employers, landlords, and references.

• I understand that the results of the screening may be disclosed to the landlord, property manager, or authorized organization involved in evaluating my application.

• I acknowledge that this authorization constitutes express consent under applicable privacy and consumer reporting laws.

• I confirm that the information I have provided in this application is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.

I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time by providing written notice to Triple Check Services Ltd., subject to legal or contractual restrictions and the consequences of withdrawing consent.
