Terms of Service
Effective Date: December 01 2025

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Triple Check Services Ltd. (“Triple Check,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided
Triple Check provides tenant screening and applicant screening services based on information supplied by applicants and third-party sources, including credit reporting agencies.

No Guarantee
All reports are provided for informational purposes only. Triple Check does not guarantee:

• Approval or denial of any application

• Accuracy or completeness of third-party data

• Suitability of any applicant

All decisions remain the sole responsibility of the landlord, property manager, or private organization using the report.

User Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Use reports only for lawful and permissible purposes

• Obtain proper consent from applicants prior to requesting screening services

• Maintain confidentiality of reports and personal information

• Comply with all applicable privacy and consumer protection laws

Permissible Purpose
Reports may be used only for:

• Evaluating residential rental applications

• Evaluating private members club applications

Any other use is strictly prohibited.

Credit Bureau Compliance
All consumer reports are governed by the terms and permissible use requirements of applicable credit reporting agencies, including TransUnion of Canada, Inc. Clients agree to comply with such requirements and maintain appropriate safeguards to protect consumer information.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple Check shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of screening reports or services.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated or if services are used for unlawful purposes.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
